      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously deliver value and enhance customer experiences
      - Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, creating user stories and acceptance criteria
      - Engage with stakeholders and customers to gather insights and align product development with organizational priorities
      - Foster a sense of urgency and inspire team members to achieve high performance and meet goals
      - Develop and track key performance metrics to evaluate product effectiveness and communicate results to stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
      - 4-6 years of relevant business experience
      - Understanding of iterative development and software development processes
      - Familiarity with Agile Product Management principles and stakeholder management
      - Strong communication skills across various organizational levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Product Owner or similar certification
      - Experience in developing business cases and product execution strategies
      - Proficiency in Agile story writing and defining high-quality business requirements
      - Demonstrated experience with user interface design and usability best practices
      - Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
