What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with and realize the product vision and roadmap for the employer’s AI-driven precision nourishment platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, creating clear user stories and acceptance criteria for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric features
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate product assumptions and refine features based on user feedback
- Communicate product progress, challenges, and successes transparently to stakeholders and team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager, with a proven track record of delivering successful web and mobile products
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, or Confluence
- Experience creating user stories, managing product backlogs, and defining acceptance criteria
- Proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track user behavior and product performance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with AI-driven platforms or health-related technologies
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform product decisions
- Strong understanding of B2B/B2C product development and customer journey mapping
