Subject matter expert on the multiple lending platforms supporting the GWIM Credit products
Responsible for understanding available functionality and strategies to determine what enhancements are required to address gaps and drive industry leading capabilities within the business
Once solutions are defined, activity will shift to developing strong requirements, implementation plans, and driving execution
Candidate must be able to interact with a variety of key stakeholders including Product Owners, Sales Teams, Operations, Legal, Risk and Compliance, Marketing and Communication
Responsibility and accountability - both personal accountability and the leadership skills to hold others accountable
Working knowledge of GWIM Credit products, technology platforms and organizational structure
Effective project management and organizational skills; ability to collaborate, manage, influence, and expand relationships across the organization and with all levels of management, setting expectations and holding people accountable as necessary
Proficient in business analysis with the ability to research issues and gather requirements
Partner with application technology teams to drive technology solutions to meet business requirements
Understanding of technology platforms and business requirements
Ability to effectively analyze project risk and manage and escalate accordingly
Ability to manage all aspects of the technology project lifecycle from define through implementation and support
5+ years’ experience with GWIM Credit products and platforms
Previous project and technology management experience
Strong listening, analytical and influencing skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be creative, strategic, and a thoughtful risk-taker
Ability to work independently as a self-starter and manage multiple projects under tight time constraints
Cultivate strong working relationships with partners, to develop comprehensive designs and execute implementation plans
Fluent in business and technical topics
Ability to analyze data for the purpose of recommending solutions or reporting on project outcomes
Intermediate in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
