What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Grow new and existing customer accounts for Trimble AECO software
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify customer needs and sales opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry insights
- Develop and manage sales and territory plans for assigned products
- Achieve sales targets and quotas through effective closing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas
- Experience in the construction industry with specialization in a specific vertical or solution
- Strong presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced negotiation and closing skills with both customers and internal teams
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. and Canada up to 50% of the time
