      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell automobiles by understanding and demonstrating their characteristics, capabilities, and features
      - Develop and maintain rapport with customers, suggesting trade-ins and meeting potential buyers
      - Qualify buyers by matching their requirements and interests to suitable vehicle models
      - Close sales by negotiating prices, completing contracts, and explaining warranties and financing options
      - Provide management with sales reports and updates on customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training
      - Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance; must have a clean driving record
      - Must possess a valid California Sales License
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to work extended hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in automobile sales or a related field
      - Strong understanding of automobile depreciation and relevant local, state, and federal laws
      - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
      - Positive attitude and aggressive sales approach
      - Good dress sense that portrays a neat and professional appearance
