      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Achieve sales targets by understanding the patient journey and identifying key medical professionals and centers.
      - Develop and implement a commercial plan for the assigned territory based on market insights and brand strategies.
      - Utilize data sources to create a structured action plan, ensuring strategic engagement with stakeholders.
      - Build and maintain relationships with medical professionals, providing them with necessary information and support for patients.
      - Collaborate closely with internal teams and alliance partners to align strategies and meet objectives.

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
      - Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably in a hospital setting.
      - Proven experience in building relationships with medical professionals, specifically in otorhinolaryngology and/or biologic drugs.
      - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
      - Ability to manage territory independently while prioritizing tasks effectively.

      - Strong sales mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
