      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support and maintain communication with lane technicians, product specialists, supervisors, and system administrators
      - Perform real-time data analytics to identify and resolve issues promptly
      - Monitor and address reported issues related to hardware, software, and networking technologies
      - Log and track calls while maintaining detailed documentation of problem resolution
      - Collaborate with various teams to ensure exceptional service and compliance with customer performance requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
      - Experience with Help Desk Systems or equivalent help desk tracking software
      - Basic proficiency in MS Office software, specifically Excel, Word, and Teams
      - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
      - Attention to detail in monitoring requirements for production systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Post-high school education in a technical or analytical field
      - Experience in providing remote support for technical issues
      - Familiarity with data analytics and performance metrics
      - Ability to identify trends and recommend enhancements to improve service delivery
