What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage coordination and communication with customers to understand their needs and contract requirements
- Respond to calls and emails regarding customer questions and issues
- Document reported issues and perform initial triage to determine next steps if escalation is needed
- Provide customer feedback to the product managers and coordinate with the products team for special projects
- Assist in system analysis and identify solutions that meet customer expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Communication Technology, Management of Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
- Ability to work from 8 am - 5 pm EST, Monday - Friday
- Must reside in specified states: FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MO, NC, NJ, NY, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA
- Ability to confidently pass rigorous fingerprint-based state and federal background screenings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the public safety or criminal justice industry
- Experience with Agile development processes
- Familiarity with Jira and Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in writing technical documentation
- Background in editing and managing functional content for a technical-practitioner role
