      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Become a subject matter expert in the employer's platform, including POS, Ecommerce, Payments, and related integrations
      - Triage and manage Jira issues related to bugs, billing, and third-party integrations within defined service level objectives
      - Write clear, actionable bug reports and maintain product documentation and troubleshooting guides
      - Collaborate with the Product Support Engineer (PSE) team to improve team effectiveness and resolve technical issues
      - Participate in an on-call rotation covering evenings, weekends, and holidays as the Support point of contact

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience in a SaaS environment
      - Proficiency with APIs, JSON, SQL, and TCP/IP
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly
      - Experience working with Jira or a similar issue-tracking system
      - A customer-focused mindset and a collaborative, can-do attitude

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - SQL competency and strong product knowledge of the employer's platform
      - Experience with Excel formulas and self-taught skills in programming or creative fields (e.g., JavaScript, Music Production)
