What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional support via chat, email, and phone to hardware and paint store owners
- Resolve diverse technical issues, including POS troubleshooting and inventory sync problems
- Perform data analysis and reconciliation to investigate balance discrepancies
- Collaborate with Engineering to communicate customer issues and troubleshoot technical problems
- Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting solutions and improving self-service resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with numbers and data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure during high-volume periods
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate situations without clear answers
- Must be available during required working hours
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior customer support or technical support experience in any industry
- Experience with SaaS products or technology companies
- Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reconciliation
- Familiarity with retail, POS, or small business operations
- Experience with support platforms like Intercom or Zendesk
