      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide on-site and phone-based troubleshooting, system turn-on, and support for detection and signal-related ITS devices
      - Execute installation, maintenance, and repair services for equipment under maintenance/service contracts
      - Uphold high safety standards while working in and around roadways, including proficiency in the use of bucket trucks
      - Foster strong client relationships by delivering professional and effective technical solutions
      - Travel regularly (up to 50% overnight) to provide optimal on-site project support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - IMSA Level I Certification (or the ability to obtain) required
      - Minimum of three (3) years of field-based technical support experience with traffic signal – ITS equipment
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential
      - Proven track record working with ITS equipment in a manufacturer or municipal/contractor role
      - Must hold an acceptable driving record and be able to travel extensively
