      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to and handle questions, complaints, and inquiries for assigned product lines via telephone and email
      - Perform customer service tasks to promote positivity and collaboration while ensuring customer satisfaction
      - Achieve call center standards in quality and promote the employer's business objectives
      - Process reports in accordance with established company procedures and regulations
      - Assist and educate consumers effectively to resolve their inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma required
      - Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in customer service, with expertise in phone support
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
      - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while multitasking

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer interviewing techniques related to product support and complaints
      - Ability to speak Spanish
