      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure project implementation and completion while gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of the Sales Representative position
      - Lead, prioritize, and manage the workflow of product trials, conversions, and/or PV implementations
      - Establish and maintain customer relationships by conducting weekly team meetings with customers and sales representatives
      - Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to sales teams, product teams, and customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues
      - Collaborate and build effective relationships within assigned accounts and with internal partners, including Field Sales Representatives and Management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales or customer service-related experience
      - Experience developing presentations for various audience levels
      - Willingness to travel for business purposes, both within and out of state
      - Strong organizational and project management skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the healthcare products industry
      - Proven track record of successful project management in a sales environment
      - Familiarity with clinical trials and product conversions
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Strong analytical skills to assess project outcomes and customer needs
