      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide next-level technical support to Customer Service Technicians (CSTs) in the field, including site visits as needed
      - Serve as the escalation point for issues faced by CSTs, ensuring timely resolution or further escalation as necessary
      - Conduct ride-alongs with CSTs for training and development, focusing on skill enhancement and process compliance
      - Assist in pilot and project support to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
      - Collaborate with software support teams and educate CSTs on the latest software updates and troubleshooting techniques

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or Technical School certificate preferred; minimum of 5+ years of related experience
      - At least 3 years of experience working with field service teams, preferably in electro-mechanical equipment services
      - Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% of the time (approximately 12 days per month)
      - Strong PC and software skills, along with advanced troubleshooting abilities
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
