What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the subject matter expert for product development applications and develop solutions for business challenges
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business functions to implement system enhancements and automation
- Partner with Product Development leads to create functional specifications and improve workflows
- Manage small enhancements/projects that align with the goals of the Product Development organization
- Establish performance metrics and provide related reporting to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product owner in a technology organization
- Experience with product development-based applications such as PLM and content management
- Bachelor's degree in information services, information technology, computer science, or a related area
- At least 1 year of recent experience managing a SaaS application as a business analyst/product owner
- Extensive experience working in Agile development environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the education or publishing industry
- Advanced business analysis or project management experience
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
