Job Description

- Sample Coordination
- Order, organize, and manage team sample inventories (OE, competitor, and Dorman).
- Ensure samples are available when requested.
- Ship samples domestically and internationally.
- Provide timely updates to the appropriate stakeholders when samples are shipped and/or received.
- Manage sample budget and highlight opportunities to reduce sample spend without impacting development timelines.
- Vehicle Try-on Coordination
- Find specific vehicle applications and schedule appointments to verify product compatibility.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensue try-ons go smoothly.
- Manage team owned vehicles.
- Product Testing Coordination
- Check-in Dorman samples sent for engineering review, inspect packaging, upload factory test reports to open inspections, record product attributes, and submit samples to testing.
- Submit approved samples for website photos and verify or create control samples.
- Office Coordination
- Order and organize office supplies for the team.
- Maintain team product displays to ensure they represent latest products.
- Other Duties as Assigned
- Microsoft Office including basic Excel skills required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong organization skills.
- Must be comfortable working within multiple systems.
- Physical Requirement : Capability to lift 50 pounds.
- Working Conditions : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually moderate.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
