What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take ownership of processing and analytical duties to support the underwriting process
- Assist with deal screening and due diligence tasks, including rent roll analysis and loan sizing analyses
- Coordinate with underwriters and borrowers for the collection of loan due diligence materials
- Manage communication with third-party vendors and transfer data into underwriting analysis
- Prepare and submit loan committee presentations with assigned exhibits

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or applicable job experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills and respect for deadlines
