      POSITION TITLE: Production Assistant

      REPORTS TO: Sr.Production Coordinator

      POSITION SUMMARY:

      Provide support in the development of new styles from concept to production via interaction with internal and external cross functional partners.

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Interface with Design partners to monitor trim and product development; owns working with Hong Kong team on the approval process
      • Collaborate with CFT on building pos and oversee po maintenance/updates
      • Track and access weekly factory production status reports/ approval status report
      • Communicate daily with internal/ external partners regarding style development, production and delivery information
      • Adhere to the TNA calendar; responsible for all sample tracking and to ensure on-time delivery of all development
      • Manage and organize samples, costing records and other charts used on a daily basis
      • Partners with Coordinators on garment cost, quantity, production planning, sourcing and delivery
      • Interpret collected information, react appropriately, and communicate with affected parties in a timely manner
      • Perform other duties as required
      • Attend fit meetings and work with design on how to proceed with updates/changes that may affect production
      • Be able to keep up in a fast paced environment and ensure that all parties are aligned when changes arise
      • Attend weekly meetings
      • In person/in-office collaboration is required, the person must be in-person/in-office 3 days a week.

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or equivalent
      • 0-2 years of experience
      • Ability to act as liaison between many departments; excellent communication and analytical skills, Must be detail oriented, computer literate and able to handle multiple tasks at once

      • Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
