      The Role:

      Initially a one year fixed term contract, the Production Assistant will be key in building and producing our daily newsletters, uploading stories and assisting in daily editorial operations. They will also be responsible for fashion show admin, supporting the editorial team, as well as working on our daily news updates. The Production Assistant will report to the Managing Editor but will work closely with the whole Vogue Business editorial team. The right candidate is early in their career, with knowledge/experience in CMS platforms and a desire to learn from a talented, industry-respected team.

      A collegial personality is essential as the job includes working with other members of the Vogue Business editorial team and external contributors.

      What will you be doing?

      • Building daily newsletters as part of the editorial production team

      • Uploading content to CMS and Mailchimp

      • Supporting the wider editorial team in uploading and producing stories

      • Supporting the management of the editorial calendar

      • Overseeing fashion month requests and liaising with our editorial team on fashion month schedules

      • Sourcing our daily news updates

      • Note-taking for weekly conferences and pitch meetings

      Who you are:

      • Have experience in digital platforms such as Mailchimp, Wordpress and other CMS providers

      • Have a can-do attitude and the desire to get stuck into a project

      • A fast learner

      • Be comfortable working on many different projects concurrently

      • Be organised and good at time management

      • Be confident and calm under pressure when working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving digital newsroom

      • Be curious about the fashion industry, designers, models and seasonal trends

      • Have a keen eye for detail, whether it’s strong imagery or spelling errors
