Job Description

- Operates and monitors assigned lines, materials, and finished products as necessary to facilitate proper flow and machine operation.
- Maintenance of production equipment as well as building equipment.
- Leads in the starting of and shutting down of all ice machines.
- Coordinates the movement of products from the production lines to the skids.
- Examines product for quality and ensures all Food Safety Handling Procedures are followed.
- Records daily logs of packages, bags, and wasted packaging material.
- Trains employees on the operation of equipment.
- Inspects date codes for accuracy and legibility.
- Adopts a culture of cleanliness and safety in the work environment.

Additional duties may be assigned.
- Experience working in a production environment is considered an asset.
- Mechanical experience in a Manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a team setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be comfortable working with power tools.
- Valid driver’s license.

Off Season: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM, In Season: Sunday - Friday, 3:00PM - 11:30PM
We are searching for a hands-on production associate that will also handle preventative maintenance on the line to ensure the site is running efficiently through the shift. t
