**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Update and format content in a content management system (CMS)
- Prepare and optimize graphics and photos for web use
- Test web content across different browsers and devices for quality and accuracy
- Organize files and assets systematically and consistently
- Collaborate with lead designers and project managers to meet deadlines and ensure smooth project launches
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and organization
- Experience editing content and managing assets in CMS platforms
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to ask relevant questions and provide clear updates
- Comfortable testing content across multiple devices and browsers
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Experience creating or maintaining websites
- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, or sitemap development
- Knowledge of production art and image optimization techniques
- Awareness of front-end design and problem-solving skills
