What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create comprehensive tech packs using Adobe Illustrator, including detailed instructions and specifications for products
- Collaborate with the lead production designer to transform creative ideas into manufacturable tech packs
- Communicate daily with manufacturers to clarify technical specifications and resolve production issues
- Conduct quality assurance checks on tech packs and samples to ensure alignment with brand standards
- Maintain an organized archive of master template files and creative assets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other design software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with teams and vendors
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to task completion
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in 3D design software such as Keyshot, Zbrush, or Maya
- Familiarity with print production output, color flow, and digital design output
