Job Description

- Ensure compliance with FF indicators (+QDIPA).
- Daily management (Gemba)
- Compliance to the Blackboard and STD work is up to date.
- Management of personnel and assigned resources.
- Focus on quality and productivity goals.
- Ensure a healthy work environment and good treatment in the work team.
- Daily focus on continuous improvement.
- Ensure order and cleanliness in the assigned area.
- Payroll monitoring and approval.
- Employee retention traffic light.
- Manage the work team to ensure hour-by-hour board goals are met.
- Control turnover level below 2%.
- Increase production results.
- Measure and improve the learning times of the personnel in charge (Rampeo).
- Knowledge of KAN BAN process
- Availability / Flexibility of schedule
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Cell Leader or similar related experience
- English proficiency preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of professional experience, prefer Industrial Engineering Degree
Job Summary
As a Cell Leader, you will be required to ensure the safety of all cell employees, ensuring they work in a safe environment. Provide leadership to the team, encouraging their development in all aspects of the job, making routine decisions, and solving problems. Ensure employees know and apply ABS tools (5S, Standard Work, Kanban, etc.). Drive area key performance indicators (KPIs), such as (+QDIPA), and promote a continuous improvement mindset within the team. Ensure production efficiency levels are achieved while maintaining safe work area practices at all times.
