Job Description
- Req#: 95495
- Develop a schedule that reduces the amount of downtime through the determination of an optimum achievable production sequence
- Define order requirements and shape demand to manage production
- Ensure that all plans are compliant with the planning policy and any breaches are communicated and resolved with their respective owners
- Lead continuous improvement opportunities to minimise operational constraint and maximise throughputs at the lowest cost
- Strong system skills, especially around Excel and WMS systems
- Ability to develop creative solutions to meet business needs
- Demonstrated experience with complex problem solving
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills

About the team
Retail Ready Operations Australia (RROA) is the first Coles owned retail ready meat facility. Based at Erskine Park, our site is highly automated, sophisticated and equipped to global best practice. We have a strong focus on team member safety, quality and continuous improvement whilst ensuring that customers' security of supply, quality, availability of product and value for money expectations are met.
Our facility is fully integrated into the Coles sourcing, production, and logistics and stores' network.About the role
Take ownership of the optimisation for production with a focus on availability, inventory and freshness at the lowest planned production cost.
This role generates effective production plans daily to comply with raw material usage, plant capacity and demand requirements, and identify gaps for proactive risk mitigation, ultimately having finished goods to cover for all store orders.
This role will be on a 4 day on/4 day off schedule with a 4:30 am – 3:30 pm roster.You will also:
