      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, association events, and special events
      - Collaborate with clients to build and maintain the event’s creative vision
      - Support the Event Production Team in identifying and mitigating project risks
      - Fulfill pre-production, execution, and post-production responsibilities according to established SOPs
      - Participate in internal and client debriefs to ensure documentation is archived

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
      - 5+ years of live event experience in roles such as Producer, Stage Manager, or Production Coordinator
      - Onsite crew management experience
      - Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
      - Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of hospitality industry processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ShoFlo software
      - Previous experience in client relationship management
