What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Tier 1 technical and customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage customer inquiries and support requests through the SimpleSAR Customer Helpdesk
- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and ensure satisfaction with deliverables
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the tracking system
- Troubleshoot program/data issues and escalate complex issues to Tier II support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be a U.S. Person as per legal export control requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a 24/7 environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel
- 1+ years of experience with SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience in configuration management or technical support roles
- 2+ years of experience in a professional, government, or enterprise environment
- Familiarity with YouTrack or similar helpdesk tools
