- Assist Production Support Specialists in maintaining batch application processes
- Troubleshoot issues related to application processes
- Collaborate with team members using Microsoft Teams and Outlook
- Participate in projects that enhance production support operations
- Learn and apply critical thinking skills to solve technical problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Availability to start on February 2nd and commit for 12+ weeks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of BMC Control products
- Familiarity with Mainframe and JCL
- Understanding of TSO and SQL
- Experience with Java and SAP
- Familiarity with Agile Project Management and DevOps
