Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities of the Bilingual Production Team Lead**
- Previous knowledge of Inventory is needed.
- Previous knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is needed.
- Good Bilingual verbal & interpersonal communication skills; ability to deal effectively with conflict in a mature & consistent manner.
- Computer skills including MS Office (word, excel, outlook)
- Proven track record of team member training and development is needed.
Experience of the Bilingual Production Team Lead**
- Completion of High School required
- 1-2 years’ experience leading employees in a manufacturing environment required
- Must be able to read and speak English and Spanish
Physical Demands of the Bilingual Production Team Lead**
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend and lift up to 30 to 40 pounds.
Work Environment of the Bilingual Production Team Lead**
- Plant floor – Non Climate and Climate temp controlled environment
- Regular exposure to elements such as dust, heat, cold (depending on the warehouse assigned).

Pay Rate: $19.50.00/hr.
1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Monday to Friday (possible Saturday OT)
***Weekly Pay on Fridays!!!
Bilingual Production Team Lead
The Bilingual Production Team Leader will assist the shift supervisor/manager in the daily operations of the production/packaging. This role will assist in managing the team line up, start/end times and breaks in order to complete the shift production schedules. This is a hands-on position involving directly working with the team and communicating, planning and attention to detail.
