  The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining specific equipment throughout the facility, including sanitation and housekeeping of production lines, as well as maintaining the facility in accordance with company policies and procedures and/or production requirements.

  Your job duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Being able to easily move about an industrial facility, including but not limited to, working in tight or confined spaces, working at higher elevations, climbing on machinery, working in a dusty environment; majority of shift will be spent operating manufacturing equipment, lift equipment, forklift, etc.
  • Completing task that require manual work and some level of physical effort such as lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Understanding and carrying out verbal instructions
  • Using and operating electric lift equipment, forklift and pallet truck
  • Basic mathematical skills required
  • Complete quality inspections and digital checklist
  Required Qualifications:
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be legally eligible to work in the United States and for USSTC
  • Be available to work any shift, and must be willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays on short notice
  • Possess Manufacturing Technician Certification (MT1), equivalent manufacturing experience, operator experience, or relevant military experience preferred
  • Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
  • Candidate must successfully complete and pass the required assessment
  Compensation:
  
  The starting wage for this position is $25.34 per hour and additional compensation may be available through our manufacturing incentive program. Wages increase within 24 months.
