Job Description

- Being able to easily move about an industrial facility, including but not limited to, working in tight or confined spaces, working at higher elevations, climbing on machinery, working in a dusty environment; majority of shift will be spent operating manufacturing equipment, lift equipment, forklift, etc.
- Completing task that require manual work and some level of physical effort such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- Understanding and carrying out verbal instructions
- Using and operating electric lift equipment, forklift and pallet truck
- Basic mathematical skills required
- Complete quality inspections and digital checklist
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States and for USSTC
- Be available to work any shift, and must be willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays on short notice
- Possess Manufacturing Technician Certification (MT1), equivalent manufacturing experience, operator experience, or relevant military experience preferred
- Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
- Candidate must successfully complete and pass the required assessment
- Comprehensive health/vision/dental insurance on the first day of employment
- Paid vacation and 14 paid holidays annually
- Performance pay plan of up to $4,000 annually
- Additional bonus of $2,100 annually
- Deferred Profit Sharing Contributions (type of 401K):
- If you contribute to the plan, you will eligible for a dollar-for-dollar match of what you invest, up to a 3% of compensation that you contribute, after just 90 days of service
- Eligible to receive an annual DPS contribution, after one year of service of 8-12% based on Company performance
- Company Supplemental Contribution: Eligible to receive an annual supplemental contribution from the Company of 5%, after one year of service
