  Aerotek is Hiring for a Production Worker in Langley

  Job Description

  Our Client is an injection mold service specializing in manufacturing various plastic products, including medical device pill bottles, blood sample containers, and water filters. The range of products requires production workers to be flexible and able to work at different machines or production stations.

  Pay

  • $17.49/hour

  Shift

  • 7:25AM - 3:55PM

  Responsibilities

  • Sort products
  • Labeling
  • Packaging
  • Assembling with basic tools
  • Working with small pieces and components
  • Operating machines
  • Mostly sitting with occasional standing periods
  • Working in a cleanroom by rotation

  Essential Skills

  • Able to do repetitive work
  • Able to sit for long periods of time
  • Comfortable wearing full PPE
  • Able to work in a cleanroom (no perfume, makeup, nail polish)
  • Able to use basic tools
  • Production experience

  Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Good communication skills
  • Able to read a work order
  • Safety-oriented
  • Able to lift 15KG (not all stations or repetitive, but need to be able)

  Work Environment

  Our production floor team consists of around 25 individuals and is very safety-conscious. The environment is bright, open, and neither hot nor cold. Team culture is highly valued, and we strive to maintain a great working atmosphere. Shifts are provided on-site, and steel-toed boots are not required on this side.

  Job Type & Location

  This is a Contract position based out of Surrey, British Columbia.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $17.85 - $17.85/hr.
