If you are a subject matter expert within the Private Banking products, we have a unique and exciting opportunity for a Product and Proposition Lead to join our Private Banking team within Wealth Management and Insurance.

You will be a senior level contributor for the Private Bank account proposition, where you will be accountable for managing the client product proposition and experience across the Santander Private Bank product range. This will drive business transformation that allows customers to prosper whilst delivering on strategic goals and commercial objectives.

The difference you’ll make:

• Understanding the customer and behaviours to develop product and services to meet customer needs and deepen relationships

• Contributing to the design and execution of the marketing strategy by customer segment and channel

• Acting as a subject matter expert and key contributor for larger projects within Wealth Management and Insurance

• Driving customer growth and digital adoption

• Managing of data analysis and research to determine proposition development and prioritisation

• Identifying and managing risks across function

What you’ll bring:

• Extensive experience working within a Private Banking, Products and Proposition environment

• A track record of design, development, and delivery of all banking products

It would also be nice for you to have:

• Experience working within a UK regulatory environment would be beneficial

• A strong understanding of the Private Banking digital products

• Ability to drive and deliver Private Banking product to market

• Spanish would be desirable but not essential

Our location for this role is flexible at any of our Head Office locations; Milton Keynes, Belfast, Glasgow, Bradford or Sheffield and current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.

• Eligible for a discretionary performance-related annual bonus

• We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don’t contribute yourself. We’ll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer.

• 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 31 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year
