      Position Summary:

      The Business Intelligence Professional is an experienced professional working with data (analysing, modelling, extracting, and automating). They will use Business Intelligence tools to extract, transform, and load data sets for use by both client and internally focused Business Intelligence & Insights dashboards and reports. They will partner with our customers to design solutions that meet their needs. They will proactively monitor production of such Business Intelligence & Insights solutions and resolve issues on time.

      Candidate Profile:

      ● Must have at least 3 years' experience working on Business Intelligence development using industry-recognised BI tools
      ● Must have a proven track record in writing SQL queries
      ● Strong understanding of relational databases, with the ability to interpret database schemas to support query development
      ● Must have experience in automation using languages such as .NET, C #, Python, etc.
      ● Must have experience working with stakeholders on Business Intelligence requests
      ● Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
      ● Strong attention to detail
      ● Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
      ● Proficient in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills
      ● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      ● Preferably to have experience working in a contact centre environment for at least 2 years
      ● Able to effectively handle multiple concurrent tasks and is able to effectively prioritise and meet timelines on deliverables.
