      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate payor denial and appeal follow-up activities
      - Communicate with various individuals and distributions to monitor activities related to appeal follow-up and denials
      - Maintain healthcare tracking tool/application for claim edits, review, and denial activity
      - Track all denials on a database to determine outcomes and trends
      - Build and maintain relationships with payer representatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5 years' experience in Healthcare/Hospital Revenue Cycle Environment
      - Epic PB Resolute experience required
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
      - Certification in Epic PB Resolute required, or agree to obtain certification within 12 months after hire
      - Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and Revenue Codes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - HFMA’s CRCR credential
      - Knowledge of SQL or Crystal Reports
      - Understanding of managed care payment methodologies
