      Compliance Administrator supporting the Risk and Compliance assurance activities overseeing engineering and regulatory maintenance regimes pertaining to the account service delivery for a major financial client in Malvern, PA..

      Operations:

      • Key member of the Global Risk and Compliance (R&C) Team, helping to continuously improve and execute our Global Risk and Compliance Platform and Strategy across integrated service delivery

      • As the C ompliance Administrator , you will support the a s- built audit assurance and compliance program to ensure that Engineering and Operations adheres to all regulatory statutes and internal best practice guidelines , pertaining to mission critical assets and environmental, health and safety concerns.

      • Liaise with Sr. Compliance Coordinator, and operations teams weekly to track and monitor progress of open mitigation actions to closure.

      • Conduct and otherwise support investigations into work orders missing targets or other components required to fulfil the requirements, such as work order data entries, supporting inspection documentation, performance measures, vendor documentation, corrective actions, regulatory compliance, or similar.

      • Perform reviews and approvals of supplier controls, with timely follow-up and further investigation required for any identified risks.

      • Ensure all relevant evidentiary support and audit records are maintained in the centralized document repository

      • Conduct and develop monthly, quarterly and ad hoc thematic reviews to ensure building inspections and work order tasks are compliant as they relate to Regulatory, Procedural and other similar compliance requirements

      • Proactive and reactive analysis of data, developing summary conclusions and reporting, leading discussions with the team regarding findings and recommendations to develop Root Cause Analysis, Lessons Learned and improvements to Policies, Procedures and trainings.

      • Identify opportunities for improvements in processes and collaborate with the Risk and Compliance team and business partners to develop and implement remediation plans

      • Support meaningful, timely , and accurate reporting for all key reports and governance meetings.

      • Support other assigned special projects / initiatives independently with minimal guidance in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.

      • Support t raining activities as needed
