What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Read and interpret customer and shipping orders submitted in various formats
- Enter data accurately into specific Microsoft Excel fields and other source documents
- Verify that data is correct before entry and ensure consistency across the system
- Report any data errors or anomalies to the supervisor
- Maintain accurate logs of ongoing work and perform filing and copying duties

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and good communication skills
- Patience for repetitive work
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Reading knowledge of English; familiarity with Spanish is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry and/or filing
- Social perceptiveness and service orientation
