What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Read customer and shipping orders submitted in person, via catalog, and online; decipher difficult handwriting
- Key data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Verify data accuracy before entry and report any errors or anomalies to your supervisor
- Maintain accurate logs of ongoing work and perform filing and copying duties
- Spend approximately five hours daily on data entry keying and three hours on administrative tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and good communication skills
- Patience for repetitive work and attention to detail
- Minimum of one to two years of experience with data entry and/or filing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Reading knowledge of English and Spanish
- Social perceptiveness and service orientation
