What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Read customer and shipping orders submitted in person, via print catalog, and online; decipher handwriting that can be hard to read
- Key data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Verify that the data is accurate before entry and report any errors to your supervisor
- Maintain accurate and updated logs of ongoing work
- Perform filing, copying, and other administrative duties for about three hours per day

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational skills and good communication abilities
- Patience for repetitive work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Reading knowledge of English and Spanish
- 1-2 years of experience with data entry and/or filing
- Social perceptiveness and service orientation
