      Job Description:

      This position collaborates with the Clinical Education Manager and Clinical Educators, NPD and SIM Coordinators, AHA Training Centers, Emergency Preparedness Manager as well as clinical leadership to operationalize training courses and meet regulatory/accreditation requirements. Participates in planning, implementation and evaluation of training courses and contributes to continuous quality improvement. Functions as a System Administrator for Essentia Health’s Learning Management System (LMS), applying principles and logic to how the system is utilized for training and education, including development of clinical education e-learnings. Assists with employee education, including providing education as appropriate and provides administrative support to manager, education staff and others as needed.

      Education Qualifications:

      Bachelor's degree required with a preference in health education, education or related field.
