Pay range for this position is $36.68-54.40/hr. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Salaried position.
OverviewPOSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Education Specialist serves as a member of the ministry education and professional development teams to develop innovative education and professional development programs to meet the strategic goals of OSF HealthCare. This position will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality programs offered through an OSF University, which allows for education and professional development provided in various blended education settings and modalities. This position requires experience in the development of program curriculum, simulation, online learning programs, and other education technologies.
Hybrid: 5 days in office each week for first 90 days. Option for 3 days in office and 2 remote days per week after sucessful completion of first 90 days.
