What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create original customized content for various topics in the education landscape
- Present engaging in-field and virtual training sessions to support customer needs
- Develop product alignments and other content-based assignments for customers and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with education best practices, assessments, and curricula
- Collaborate with company executives, colleagues, and customers to meet objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong background in creating, designing, and delivering professional development
- Experience working in an early childhood classroom setting
- Fluency in Head Start and Early Head Start
- Knowledge of current education mandates and initiatives at the early childhood level
- Knowledgeable of Social-Emotional curricula and programs
- Superb communication skills
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time within the U.S.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and online presentation platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Teaching/administrative credentials and/or academic coaching expertise
- Experience with Infant/Toddler and/or Elementary education
- CLASS reliability in Pre-K and/or Infant/Toddler
- Familiarity with elementary education standards and initiatives
