What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide targeted professional development and ongoing in-classroom support to teachers and district leaders
- Analyze data and assist educators in applying it to instruction
- Support district-wide adoptions of the Ready Mathematics program and the i-Ready online diagnostic and instruction program
- Collaborate with district and site leaders to develop and revise annual professional development plans and schedules
- Deliver tailored on-site support to ensure effective implementation of educational programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in teaching Mathematics or providing Mathematics professional development
- Fluency with digital tools and comfort discussing data with educators and leaders
- Understanding of principles of adult learning and their application to professional development
- Ability to manage and evaluate program implementations effectively
- Willingness to travel within designated territory and to company meetings as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong working knowledge of the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics for Grades K-8
- Experience in coaching teachers of Mathematics or leading professional development initiatives
