      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate data and conduct research to support professional activities within the organization
      - Coordinate the professional practice quality program and ensure compliance with accreditation standards
      - Facilitate interdisciplinary teamwork for meaningful OPPE and FPPE quality metrics
      - Prepare cases for the medical staff peer review process and manage sensitive information
      - Conduct reviews of clinical indicators to evaluate the quality of care provided by practitioners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in health education or a related field
      - Preferred RN or RHIA with strong knowledge of electronic medical records
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
      - Experience in quality assurance or peer review processes is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare quality management or clinical data analysis
      - Familiarity with Joint Commission accreditation standards
      - Background in interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork
      - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
      - Proven ability to support and implement quality improvement initiatives
