What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Full-cycle business development, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through emails, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure satisfaction
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for direct hire professional positions, including applicant screening and offer negotiations
- Develop and execute candidate generation strategies to build a talent pipeline for external hiring
- Implement sales plans and strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Sales experience, preferably in staffing, with a focus on new account generation
- Full-desk recruiting experience, ideally with an executive search agency
- Proven ability to source talent and build a pipeline using various tools and resources
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience using recruiting tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Bullhorn is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience recruiting for Finance and Accounting (F&A) positions
- Proven ability to sell, overcome objections, and close deals
- Experience in negotiating placement fees
- Strong networking skills and ability to develop professional relationships at all organizational levels
