What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead customers through software implementation solutions using the employer’s delivery methodology
- Maintain utilization targets and complete project deliverables efficiently
- Configure and customize product solutions to meet customer requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Privilege Identity and Privilege Access solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic or Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a technical delivery consulting role
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory Administration, and UNIX/Linux Administration
- Experience with cloud provider configuration and administration (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong understanding of Privilege Access Management (PAM) fundamentals and best practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Administrative experience with the employer’s products, such as Secret Server or Privilege Manager
- Knowledge of PAM tools like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp, or Okta
- Scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell
- Experience with MS SQL or PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ
