      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Teach a 4-4 load of core and elective classes in the Advertising and Public Relations degree program
      - Develop innovative courses that align with industry demands and trends
      - Supervise student projects and contribute to curriculum development
      - Facilitate industry connections, internships, and professional development opportunities
      - Maintain regular attendance and foster harmonious working relationships within the department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in Advertising, Public Relations, or a closely related field from an accredited institution
      - Minimum of 15 years of combined professional leadership or executive experience in the advertising/public relations industry
      - Demonstrated excellence in teaching in a higher education setting
      - Ability to teach required Advertising and Public Relations major courses, including digital/social media courses
      - Proven track record of supervising student organizations and media projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Commitment and ability to mentor undergraduate and graduate students
      - Active involvement in professional organizations such as PRSA and AAF
      - Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) marketing
      - Record of professional awards or industry recognition
      - Strong evidence of successful publication and external funding in industry-relevant topics
