      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Teach a 4-4 load of core and elective classes in Advertising and Public Relations
      - Develop innovative courses that align with industry demands and expectations
      - Supervise student projects and organizations while facilitating internships and professional development opportunities
      - Participate in curriculum development and maintain collegial relationships within the faculty
      - Maintain high-quality teaching effectiveness as demonstrated by evaluations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in Advertising, Public Relations, or closely related field from an accredited institution
      - Demonstrated excellence in teaching in a higher education setting
      - Minimum 15 years of combined professional leadership or executive experience in the advertising/public relations industry
      - Ability to supervise student projects and contribute to curriculum development
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Commitment to mentoring undergraduate and graduate students
      - Active involvement in professional organizations such as PRSA and AAF
      - Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) marketing
      - Record of professional awards, honors, or industry recognition
