      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and manage projects related to internal and client-facing initiatives, including Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee coordination and formulary development
      - Serve as the point of contact for administrative support within designated functional areas, tracking documentation and generating reports
      - Support the creation of client quarterly business review presentations and coordination of client meetings
      - Review regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to processes related to various programs
      - Perform additional duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
      - Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
      - Excellent organizational and communication skills
      - Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office
      - Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately and independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree
      - National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT)
      - 3 years of experience in PBM, Managed Care, or Pharmaceutical/Trade
      - Project Management skills
      - Knowledge or experience with formulary or utilization management
