      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform annual operating cost adjustments and real estate tax adjustments, ensuring timely processing
      - Maintain communication with lessors, taxing authorities, and various stakeholders to resolve issues
      - Upload documentation into the GREX program and troubleshoot any upload errors
      - Conduct quality control checks on lease administration actions and ensure accuracy in data systems
      - Process change of ownership requests and manage related documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting program analysis activities
      - Previous experience in general management and business operations
      - Basic knowledge in finance, accounting, information technology, or related fields
      - Ability to obtain a public trust clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in areas such as tax, finance, accounting, budgeting, auditing, or regulatory compliance
