What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Program Management team with contracting, financial, analytical, and programmatic documentation
- Submit and track requests for purchase and travel authorization
- Approve and track subcontractors' invoices and accruals
- Assist in maintaining project timelines and documentation for proper execution
- Monitor project status and provide updates to the program/project manager

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field or a High School Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in math and finance management
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with effective organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Finance, Business Management, or similar) with 2+ years of experience in DoD management, contracting, or accounting
- Experience in the DoD contracting industry
