      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide analytical program support to monitor assigned processes of the ARNG Incentive Programs
      - Conduct sampling, training, and assistance visits while maintaining compliance with established regulations
      - Document and track various program-related tasks, reports, and correspondence
      - Prepare PowerPoint presentations and draft monthly and ad hoc reports
      - Assist with office administrative requirements and ensure timely completion of tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in Army National Guard Selected Reserve Incentive Programs and payment processes
      - Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner following general guidelines
      - Strong written and oral communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills
      - Associate's degree required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience within Guard Incentive Management System (GIMS) at the Unit/State and National level
      - Previous experience in recruiting and retention efforts
      - Familiarity with basic financial management principles and applicable laws
